POLARIS' Dealer Mobile App gives the service team a hands-on tool to effectively conduct daily business with ease. Leveraging the mobile platform, service techs can submit photos, run quality alerts, quickly capture (& use) VINs for diagnostic reporting. Modeled from features roughed out on a traditional web platform (DEX), mobile was able to expand the feature offerings with remote flexibility & emerging NFC (embedded within products starting in 2021).
