Web Strategy engagement for Iowa's largest energy company, providing electricity and natural gas statewide as well to Illinois, South Dakota and Nebraska.

Quoted objectives:

Complete a website critique and statistical analysis of the current MidAmerican Energy website that will result in recommendations to be used to improve both customer satisfaction with the site and overall site effectiveness.


My Role/Deliverables:

Provided competitive review, analyzed evaluations compiled from J.D. Power and created a summary document for UX prescription. This document led the way to SOGETI's establishing a staff-augmentation team for MidAmerican Energy's overall site modernization & customer satisfaction.
